- Pickup is in Mountain House, CA. We confirm the exact pickup window and address by text once your reservation is confirmed. Most customers from Tracy, Lathrop, and Manteca are 10-15 minutes away.
- What are Mountain House Tool Rental's hours?
- We're open 7 AM to 10 PM, every day of the week — including Saturdays and Sundays. You can pick up before work or return after dinner. Late returns past 10 PM are arranged by text in advance.
- Can I extend my rental?
- Yes. Text or call us during your rental and we'll extend it at the same daily rate, subject to availability. If someone else has the tool reserved after your slot, we'll let you know your options before extending.
- Do you offer delivery?
- For customers in Mountain House, Tracy, Manteca, and Lathrop, pickup is the standard. For Dublin (3+ day rentals: $50 flat) and Livermore (3+ day rentals: $40 flat), we offer scheduled delivery and pickup. Call to arrange.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup window. Within 24 hours, we ask for a 1-day rate charge to cover the held inventory. Online reservations confirmed without payment so there's no refund process — just text us and we'll release your reservation.

- Yes. Every tool is serviced between renters: fresh oil where applicable, clean filters, full fuel for gas equipment, and a function check. We do a 5-minute safety briefing and operating walkthrough at pickup. If anything seems off during your rental, call us — we'll either swap or refund.
